SMOK has been focusing on the advanced end of vaping for quite some time and it shows. Their design team is obviously technically skilled, creatively talented, and has some idea of what the general public might be looking for.
What is missing from mods much of the time? The answer: a screen that is oriented in such a way as to be visible while vaping without turning it one way or the other, but also visible because the numbers are simply big enough.
The H-Priv Is Your Answer
If that has often been your problem with past vape mods, SMOK has solved that issue with their H-Priv mod. This box mod is not unique in shape but the design makes their box something different. Display Design
OLED screens are usually placed on the side or front of a box mod. They are typically long and narrow so numbers have to be squished in there. The SMOK H-Priv features a top-mounted square screen.
It’s not narrow and numbers are not squishy. SMOK adopts a simple idea, one you have seen in a few instances before, and we’re glad SMOK did this without. Finally, when you puff you can see values and alerts the whole time right under your nose.
